How To Register For M-Pesa 

To be able to use M-Pesa, one requires a subscription to the Safaricom network and to achieve this requires purchasing a Safaricom SIM card from an M-Pesa agent or Safaricom outlet.

How To Activate M-Pesa 

In order to access the M-Pesa service, one requires to activate it. To achieve this,

Visit your nearest M-Pesa agent or Safaricom outlet with your national ID card

Go to M-Pesa menu
Select ‘Activate/Wezesha’
Enter the OTP received via SMS
Create and confirm your secret PIN
Enter your national ID number

You will therefore receive a confirmation message upon successful registration

Can I have 2 M-Pesa Accounts?

Yes. This is possible. However, it requires one to hold separate Safaricom lines.
