After initial login to your account, a main window will display a list of all available accounts. Through this information, one can be able to find the answers to the below queries.

a) How To Check KPLC Meter number

There are various ways with which to identify a meter number especially for the various types of available prepaid meters through various codes. In addition, prepaid meter numbers can also be identified by checking the last KPLC token details.

The meter location is basically the location which was provided during the KPLC electricity connection application under the supply application data section.

c) How To Check KPLC balance

There are two ways with which one can check KPLC account balance using the self service portal. One is via the ‘bill/meter query’ menu while checking the last KPLC token and the other is through column 9.

d) How To Check KPLC Meter Owner

This is basically the applicant whose details have been successfully captured and verified during the application process. To check the owner of a meter, simply go to column 2.
